Job Description

Airswift seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a 12-month initial contract based at site in North Wales (Padeswood, Mold). You will manage cost control, contract administration, change management and final account negotiation across EPC stage projects.

Experience in NEC/FIDIC/JCT contract forms, Bills of Quantities and measurement procedures is essential. The role requires strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills to drive commercial governance and value protection.
