Employee Benefits Administrator

We're working with a well-established Employee Benefits consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team.

The Role

As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you'll provide high-quality administration and client support across a range of Employee Benefits products. You'll work closely with consultants, clients and providers to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Our client is specifically looking for candidates with previous Employee Benefits experience, ideally within one or more of the following areas:

• Private Medical Insurance (PMI)
• Group Risk
• Dual-product Employee Benefits

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience working within an Employee Benefits environment
• Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
• Experience with PMI, Group Risk or dual-product EB
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive and collaborative approach
• A genuine interest in developing their career within Employee Benefits
