Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Aviation
Location: Dublin (Hybrid Working - 1 day per week WFH)

Duration: 12 months contract initially, potential of it going perm over time.
Rate: DOE / Circa €600 per day (Umbrella).

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to play a key role in the delivery of major aviation infrastructure projects?
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Quantity Surveyor to join a high-profile capital investment programme in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, large-scale projects, providing commercial leadership and cost management expertise across a nationally significant aviation programme.

The Opportunity

• Lead cost management and commercial control across major infrastructure projects.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and change control processes.
• Review and negotiate variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Support procurement activities, tender evaluations, and commercial assessments.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and contractor KPIs.
• Provide commercial advice on NEC contracts and complex infrastructure delivery.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.

About You

Youll bring:

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Chartered status (RICS, SCSI, or equivalent preferred).
• Strong experience working under NEC contracts.
• Proven track record delivering major infrastructure projects.
• Aviation sector experience, or experience within similarly complex operational environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent cost planning, forecasting, and contract administration expertise.
