Senior Quantity Surveyor

Opus People Solutions are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a design and property consultancy in Matlock.

The business works with a range of clients on a wide range of projects in the public and private sectors, from office buildings to schools to fire stations!

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have:

• Proven experience in quantity surveying or a relevant degree
• Experience managing contractors' works & packages
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
• Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations
• Chartership preferable
