Senior Quantity Surveyor - Public Sector & D&B Housing Expert

Building Careers UK Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activity on projects in Wrexham and North Wales. You will own cost control, valuations and subcontract procurement, collaborating with site teams and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates will have public sector and D&B housing experience, with a proven track record on projects up to £10 million and a strong command of JCT contracts and commercial risk management.
