Job Description
A London University are looking for an Interim HR Advisor to provide first-line advice and support across the full employee lifecycle. The role will play a key part in organisational change activity, including redeployment, contract variations, exits, absence management and employee relations support. The role offers hybrid working.

Description
An Interim HR Advisor to:
- Act as the first point of contact for managers on HR policy and employee relations matters.
- Provide advice on maternity, adoption, paternity and other family leave cases.
- Support absence management processes, liaising with Occupational Health where required.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, contractual changes and leavers.
- Coordinate redeployment, redundancy, fixed-term contract endings and retirement processes.
- Conduct and coordinate exit interviews and employee departure administration.
- Draft HR documentation including contracts, variation letters and employee correspondence.
- Work closely with recruitment and HR administration teams to deliver an effective HR service.
- Support organisational change programmes and implementation of new operating models.
- Manage multiple priorities across a large and diverse stakeholder group.
Profile
An Interim HR Advisor with:
- Previous full employee lifecycle experience
- Strong employee lifecycle and generalist HR knowledge.
- Confident advising managers on policy, process and employee relations matters.
- Experience within higher education, public sector or similarly complex organisations would be advantageous.
- Able to start at short notice
