Job Description

Senior Project Manager - HIRING ASAP

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6-month contract
Location: Hybrid working in Dublin
Rate: €350 - €475 per day

About the Role:

Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies such as Scrum and Kanban, along with team workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
Champion and drive the agile framework within the team.
Provide coaching and guidance on Agile methodologies, practices, and tools to team members.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to effectively manage the Product Backlog.
Oversee estimation, forward planning, and coordinate dependencies across teams.
Assist in defining clear objectives for teams and individuals, supporting them in achieving these goals.
Contribute to the development and upkeep of delivery schedules and plans.

About You:

Demonstrable recent experience working extensively within an Agile environment.
Strong expertise in fundamental project management disciplines, including budgeting, risk management, scheduling, quality assurance, and resource allocation.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with proven success in presenting to and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
Extensive experience managing IT projects using established methodologies, with hands-on knowledge of relevant tools and techniques.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, leadership, and team management:
Inspires commitment and enthusiasm within both Matrix and direct reporting structures.
Capable of motivating teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and effectively resolving conflicts.
Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to eliminate uncertainty by providing clear direction and focus.
