SAP Change Manager | 12 months | Polish speaker | Remote | Freelance

RED are currently seeking 1 SAP CHANGE MANAGER to join a long-term project based remotely.

Contract length: 12months + extensions
Location: Remote with occasional travel on-site for process review and validation changes
Languages: Polish required; English essential; German is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities
. Design and execute tailored change management plans based on the ADKAR approach (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) for SAP programs and wider digital initiatives.
. Conduct ADKAR diagnostic assessments to gauge readiness, uncover resistance points, and define targeted support actions.
. Oversee the full scope of change-related activities: communication plans, training development, stakeholder engagement, and support processes across all SAP project stages.
. Partner with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure change activities are aligned with system design, build, testing, and deployment.
. Facilitate training sessions and learning workshops to strengthen SAP capabilities and help end-users adapt to new processes and tools.
. Track adoption KPIs, evaluate reinforcement measures, and refine change strategies to secure long-term adoption.
. Advise stakeholders on process adjustments resulting from SAP implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical constraints.

Required Skills & Experience
. 8-10 years of solid experience in Change Management, with a strong focus on SAP transformation programs.
. Proven expertise using the ADKAR model at both individual and organizational levels.(advantageous)
. Strong understanding of SAP processes, system behavior, and how SAP changes affect business operations.
. Ability to combine process insight and technical awareness into effective change plans.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
. Capable of delivering engaging remote and on-site training sessions.
