Southwest UK - £90,000 - £120,000 Package. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, fast-track construction projects across sectors including data centres, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and advanced manufacturing.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY.
This role focuses on driving delivery across multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring programme, quality, and commercial objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities- Support project delivery from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
- Oversee day-to-day project delivery activities.
- Manage programme, budget, and quality performance.
- Support MEP coordination and technical delivery.
- Coordinate subcontractors and supply chain partners.
- Maintain project schedules and delivery milestones.
- Manage project risks and early warning processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure project controls and delivery standards are consistently achieved.
- Strong experience delivering projects within complex construction environments.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and supply chains.
- Understanding of commercial and contractual responsibilities.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive and delivery-focused mindset.
- Experience within fast-track or technically complex projects would be advantageous.
- Ex-military officers or senior NCO candidates with experience managing complex operations, engineering activities, or large teams from construction and infrastructure delivery environments, engineering or technical project management backgrounds, defence or operational delivery programmes.
- Exposure to major industrial and mission critical developments.
