Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent cleaning standards across all public areas, focusing on pool and spa facilities.
• Ensure all public areas are clean, tidy and ready for guests at all times.
• Check own rooms for cleanliness and readiness for guests.
• Maintain high standards of organization and hygiene while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Create positive guest experiences by providing extra special moments and a warm welcome.
• Handle guest enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Complete a structured 12 week learning journey at the start of employment.
• Work independently, taking pride in the quality of work.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and high levels of cleanliness.
• Ability to multi task and manage time effectively.
• Customer service attitude with a friendly smile.
• Initiative and self awareness in evaluating own work.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Desire to provide a warmer welcome to guests.
