The Cargo Operations Solutions team is based in Hoofddorp and reports to the Assistant Director Cargo Operations Solutions. The team creates products and solutions that facilitate compliance in air cargo transportation, improve operational performance, safety, and quality, and deliver online solutions, integrated APIs and data products.
What Your Day Would Be Like- Lead end to end management of the TACT product portfolio - strategy, roadmap, financials, and operations.
- Develop compelling business cases for new solutions and enhancements; champion their development and market introduction.
- Manage pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and the 3 year business plan; support invoicing and collections.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, finance, legal, compliance, and product teams to grow the portfolio and support enterprise initiatives.
- Coordinate with TACT Operations to align data, rules management, and product creation.
- Partner with Customer Success and Operations for smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
- Source, integrate, and expand content with the Compliance Requirements Network team.
- Deliver high quality support and maintain SLAs.
- University degree (MBA or postgraduate preferred) in business or related field.
- At least 5 years of international experience in air freight processes, air cargo operations, pricing, and knowledge of TACT.
- Understanding of the air freight industry, key players, and leading challenges.
- Proven success managing digital products or publications with commercial impact.
- Hands on experience with Salesforce (CRM), Pardot (Marketing), SAP (OtC), and project management tools.
- Strong sales skills and revenue driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and team oriented skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements (epics, user stories).
- Public speaking confidence and a creative mindset for continuous innovation.
- Proactive, results driven, with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
