About this role

The

Strategic Accounts team

is a vital component of Just Eat's strategic UK objectives

.

We're looking for a superstar Strategic Account Manager to lead the charge in this dynamic and evolving space

, driving excellence by delivering on the crucial

McDonald's UK partnership

with a customer-centric and collaborative approach

.

Location:

Hybrid - 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days wfh

Reporting to:

Strategic Account Lead McDonald's

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Lead the comprehensive support and management of the

    McDonald's UK partnership

    to ensure successful commercial planning and delivery

    .
  • Convert intricate data into clear, actionable stories

    to uncover strategic opportunities and maximise revenue and order volume

    .
  • Draft and execute

    Joint Business Plans (JBPs)

    , defining clear objectives and securing buy-in from McDonald's franchise partners

    .
  • Prepare and present strategic

    Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

    to drive accountability with internal and external senior leadership

    .
  • Design, forecast, and implement innovative

    marketing & growth plans

    to deliver commercial outputs

    .
  • Influence and coordinate cross-functional teams

    to proactively manage complex relationships and accelerate key initiatives

    .
  • Oversee the successful, on-time execution of all

    joint marketing campaigns

    and new product launches across the McDonald's estate

    .

  • Proven success in

    key account management

    with a focus on building deep, mutually beneficial partnerships

    .
  • Strong

    analytical and data skills

    (SQL preferred) with the ability to translate complex information into actionable, high-impact strategies

    .
  • Expertise in leading

    QBRs

    and presenting compelling, data-driven insights to both internal and external senior stakeholders

    .
  • A

    proactive, self-starter mindset

    with a track record of delivering exceptional results and driving accountability

    .
  • Highly

    organised

    with the ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects, and deliver complex initiatives on time

    .
  • Deep

    passion for the food and hospitality industry

    with a commercial understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics

    .
