Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager II, you will lead a new category of active hearables, owning the product from concept to market success. You will collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and digital PMs to bring a physical product that changes how people hear their world. This hands on role is onsite 3-4 days a week, focused on hardware and firmware, but also includes the companion app experience.

Your Responsibilities
  • Define the product vision using customer insights, market data and technical trends.
  • Build the business case and roadmap to guide development and align stakeholders.
  • Lead trade off decisions across hardware, firmware, app and operations.
  • Anticipate late stage challenges (regulatory compliance, UX iteration, feature trade offs) and manage resolution.
  • Set success metrics and use them to track impact and guide improvements.
  • Communicate strategy and updates clearly across all levels.
  • Mentor other PMs and contribute to the evolution of Loop's product management craft.
Qualifications & Competences
  • 8+ years in product management, ideally in consumer electronics, hearables or connected hardware.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience delivering 0 1 connected hardware products (hardware + firmware + app).
  • Experience managing late stage complexity - feature trade offs, regulatory readiness, UX iteration.
  • Strong financial and commercial understanding to support business decisions.
  • Clear track record of cross functional leadership and stakeholder alignment.
  • Consumer centric mindset - ability to balance desirability, feasibility and viability.
Why Join Us
  • You enjoy autonomy and are a thoughtful leader who seeks impact.
  • Competitive compensation benchmarked against local market data.
  • Flexible & hybrid work with trust, not micromanagement.
  • Comprehensive benefits covering health, retirement savings and tools for a balanced life.
