Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in defining and executing the product strategy, leading initiatives from concept to delivery. The position requires translating high level goals into actionable plans, managing a small cross functional team, and utilizing data to inform sound decision making. The role is vital in balancing user requirements, technical constraints, and business objectives to drive successful outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' experience in product management
• Proven track record delivering products end to end
• Strong analytical and data driven mindset
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap with leadership
• Translate strategy into clear, prioritised initiatives
• Lead a small cross functional product team
• Use data to inform decisions and identify opportunities
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Drive alignment and communication across teams

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Experience in B2C Edtech is desirable
• Located on site or willing to work on site
