(Senior) Product Manager - Exchange, Trading Experience

Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception, roadmap prioritisation through to execution, makes impacts and launches products / features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.

About the role: We're looking for a rare breed: a Senior Product Manager who is both a trading expert and a design obsessive. You understand crypto trading mechanics deeply AND you have strong opinions about pixel alignment, interaction patterns, and interface craft.

You'll own the roadmap for our advanced trading platform, building products that professional traders depend on while maintaining the design quality that sets world-class platforms apart.

• You catch pixel misalignments, inconsistent spacing, and clunky interactions instantly
• You can explain why one interface is superior beyond "it looks nice" - you understand UX principles
• You're comfortable in Figma, you create your own wireframes, and you live in design reviews

What Makes You Different - Understand Trading

• You have experience with trading platforms or financial products, OR you're genuinely curious and quick to learn
• You're willing to become a daily user of the platform - trading regularly to understand user needs
• You can learn (or already know) concepts like order books, order types, technical indicators, and market dynamics
• You've used enough platforms to recognize what makes trading UX great vs. frustrating. You empathize with power users who need speed, precision, and zero friction

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the advanced trading UX roadmap for web and mobile platforms
• Define and launch sophisticated trading tools for professional and institutional users
• Champion design excellence - ensure every feature meets high standards for usability and aesthetics
• Conduct design reviews and provide specific, actionable UX feedback
• Engage directly with traders through research, interviews, and community feedback
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to ship great products
• Use the platform daily as a trader yourself - you're your toughest critic

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years product management experience in fintech, trading platforms, or complex products
• Strong design sensibility and ability to evaluate/improve UI/UX quality (this is critical)
• Proven track record shipping user-loved, design-forward products
• Understanding of financial products OR quick learner who can become a domain expert
• Willingness to trade daily on the platform to build deep user empathy
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design, or related field
