Ecommerce Manager - Paris

For a major fashion client in Paris we are seeking an ECommerce Manager to drive online commercial performance across key European markets. This role leads day-to-day trading, content excellence, and customer experience improvements while managing a multicultural team.

What You Will Own:

• Market-level performance of multiple websites, focusing on revenue, conversion, AOV and margin.
• The commercial calendar including campaigns, seasonal pushes, new product drops and local activations.
• On-site storytelling, page hierarchy and content quality across homepage, category and product pages.
• Continuous UX and merchandising optimisation, supported by A/B testing and personalisation.
• Daily KPI tracking with rapid decision-making to support business targets.

Key Collaboration & Tools:

• Work closely with CRM, Brand, Merchandising, Media and global digital teams.
• Use platforms such as SFCC, Amplience and Bloomreach to elevate content, search and product visibility.
• Coordinate with agencies and regional partners to ensure seamless execution.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years in E-commerce or digital trading, ideally in fashion or consumer brands.
• Hands-on experience with commerce/CMS tools (SFCC, Amplience, Bloomreach or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with performance dashboards and testing.
• Experience leading multicultural teams and setting clear priorities.
• Ability to combine commercial thinking with operational excellence.
• Fluency in English and French; Spanish is an advantage.
