SAP Change Manager (OCM) - 12+ Months - Remote - Start April

For our client we are looking for an experienced SAP Change Manager (OCM) to support a global SAP S/4HANA transformation with international rollouts. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing the organizational change management activities to ensure that business, IT, and project stakeholders are fully prepared for the transformation.

Responsibilities:
* Define and implement the organizational change management (OCM) strategy for the S/4 transformation program
* Conduct stakeholder analyses and establish structured stakeholder management
* Perform change impact analyses in close collaboration with business process owners and project leadership
* Establish and coordinate a key user/change agent network across the organization
* Work closely with program management, PMO, and implementation partners to integrate change activities into the overall project plan

Your Profile:
* Several years of experience in organizational change management (OCM) within transformation or ERP programs
* Experience in international transformation projects, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments
* Strong skills in stakeholder management and executive communication
* Experience in developing change strategies, communication plans, and training concepts
* Excellent communication skills and strong intercultural competence
* Experience with Middle East projects
