Job Description
Design the interfaces where humans and AI agents co-author work. Product surface for our Nova Copilot, Docs and Analytics lines.
What you'll do- Own end-to-end design for one Nova product line.
- Prototype in Figma and in code (React, Tailwind).
- Run research with enterprise users and translate findings into shipped software.
- 5+ years designing enterprise or developer software.
- A portfolio showing shipped, complex products - not just concepts.
- Fluency with modern design systems and light front-end code.
- Hybrid (2 days London office)
