Job Description

Design the interfaces where humans and AI agents co-author work. Product surface for our Nova Copilot, Docs and Analytics lines.

What you'll do
  • Own end-to-end design for one Nova product line.
  • Prototype in Figma and in code (React, Tailwind).
  • Run research with enterprise users and translate findings into shipped software.
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years designing enterprise or developer software.
  • A portfolio showing shipped, complex products - not just concepts.
  • Fluency with modern design systems and light front-end code.
