Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy across multiple European projects
• Source, assess, and manage suppliers to meet quality, cost, and compliance targets
• Build strong supplier relationships and lead contract negotiations
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulatory standards (incl. GMP)
• Monitor market trends and mitigate supply chain risks
• Drive process improvements and ERP system optimisation
• Deliver insights and reporting to support senior decision-making
• Champion sustainable sourcing practices

Key Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in procurement within the construction sector
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and category management
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-country procurement activities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong project management and organisational abilities
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools
• Ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
• Willingness to travel across Europe
