Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement strategy across multiple European projects
- Source, assess, and manage suppliers to meet quality, cost, and compliance targets
- Build strong supplier relationships and lead contract negotiations
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulatory standards (incl. GMP)
- Monitor market trends and mitigate supply chain risks
- Drive process improvements and ERP system optimisation
- Deliver insights and reporting to support senior decision-making
- Champion sustainable sourcing practices
Key Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in procurement within the construction sector
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and category management
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-country procurement activities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong project management and organisational abilities
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools
- Ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
- Willingness to travel across Europe
