About the Role
As part of our Education Policy team, you'll:
- Lead on strategic education workforce policy and HR-related issues
- Shape national policy through engagement with Welsh Government and partners
- Support major forums and networks across local government and education
- Provide expert advice to councils on workforce, pay and employment matters
You'll play a key role in strengthening partnerships across Wales, working with trade unions, government officials and senior stakeholders.
About you
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Strong HR and workforce policy experience
- Knowledge of pay, terms and conditions in a public sector setting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to manage complex projects and priorities
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
- A CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience is essential.
