Job Description

Planner / Scheduler - Dublin
We are partnering with a leading international construction group that is continuing to expand across Ireland. They are now seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler to join their team in the Dublin region. This organisation delivers large scale, complex projects across multiple sectors including pharmaceutical, industrial, data centres, healthcare, residential, commercial, retail, fit out, refurbishment, tourism, leisure and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed contract and project programmes, including monthly progress reporting.
  • Track progress trends, outputs and resource performance to support continuous improvement within the planning function.
  • Manage all scheduling and reporting requirements for tenders and live projects, ensuring full compliance with standards.
  • Work closely with project teams to support all planning and scheduling activities.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams, supply chain partners and project stakeholders.
  • Provide short to medium term planning insights to identify risks and support proactive mitigation.
  • Review and challenge construction methodologies to drive efficiency and optimise project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Relevant third level degree.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a planning or scheduling role within construction or civil engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing schedules on complex construction projects specifically Residential/Commercial.
