Senior Pharma Learning Strategy Lead

Syneos Health in Oxford is seeking a Senior Learning Strategy Consultant to serve as a strategic partner in designing and executing impactful learning solutions for pharmaceutical clients. The role requires collaboration with customers to assess capability needs and translate them into structured solutions.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience in instructional design and adult learning principles within the pharmaceutical industry, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. This full-time position may include some travel to support customer engagements.
