Senior Personal Support & Security Assistant To UHNW Principal
A Unique High-Trust Support Role
Our client is an UHNW Principal seeking a highly capable and discreet former UK Armed Forces professional to deliver integrated personal support, security, and operational assistance in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
This is a multi-functional role combining close protection awareness, executive support, logistics coordination, and operational assistance - ideal for candidates who are adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating across a wide range of responsibilities.
This position is particularly well suited to individuals transitioning from military service into a civilian contract role where professionalism, discipline, and attention to detail are critical.
Day Rate:There will be an initial trial period, during which the day rate will be £300 per day.
Following successful completion of the trial period, the day rate will increase to £350 per day.
The RoleYou will act as a trusted support professional, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, personal logistics, and safety oversight. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities: Security & Movement Support- Ensure personal safety and situational awareness at all times
- Provide secure escort when required
- Respond effectively to emergencies and administer first aid if needed
- Plan routes, manage transport logistics, and maintain vehicle readiness
- Act as a primary point of contact for communications
- Manage administrative tasks including research, printing, and coordination
- Arrange appointments, schedules, and logistics
- Set up virtual meetings, calls, and recordings
- Provide full-spectrum day-to-day assistance across all requirements
- Coordinate with external staff (e.g. hospitality, accommodation providers)
- Manage travel logistics including packing/unpacking
- Maintain readiness of personal equipment and devices
- Maintain organisation of personal effects and supplies
- Manage stock levels (toiletries, supplements, essentials)
- Prepare environments and support guest interactions when required
- Manage medical supplies and equipment
- Maintain and track supplementation and health protocols
- Coordinate and support delivery of medical routines
- Administer injections where required (training/experience dependent)
- Assist with delivery of training sessions
- Maintain training areas and ensure equipment readiness
- Strong background in military, security, or high-responsibility environments
- Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- First aid trained (essential)
- Driving experience with route planning capability
- Comfortable supporting medical and performance routines
- Close protection or security training
- Experience in executive or personal assistant roles
- Medical or health-related background
- Experience supporting high-profile individuals
- Training delivery experience
- Close Protection / Security personnel
- Royal Military Police or similar roles
- Senior NCOs or Warrant Officers in support roles
- Physical Training Instructors (PTIs)
- Medical Assistants / Combat Medical Technicians
- Aides-de-camp, staff support, or executive assistant roles
- Logistics or movement specialists
- UK-based with travel as required
