I'm supporting a major government organisation undergoing a significant network transformation and we're looking for a Senior Project Manager with real presence - someone who can take ownership of large, complex network programmes and keep multiple stakeholders aligned, engaged and moving in the right direction.

This isn't a run of the mill delivery role. You'll be leading a substantial upgrade programme involving wider network infrastructure change, with a blend of technical complexity, vendor management and organisational politics to navigate. We need someone who can bring structure, confidence and clarity to a fast moving environment.

What you'll be driving:

• End to end delivery of large-scale network upgrade projects.
• Managing multiple challenging stakeholders - internal teams, senior leadership, vendors and SI partners
• Bringing rigour, pace and quality to a multi workstream programme
• Working closely with technical leads to ensure plans, dependencies and risks are understood and managed
• Protecting timelines, budgets and outcomes while keeping delivery on track
• Ensuring governance, reporting and documentation meet organisational and security standards

What we're looking for:

• A seasoned Project Manager with significant experience in network transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of enterprise network upgradesand associated infrastructure
• Someone with natural gravitas - confident with senior stakeholders and able to influence without friction
• Demonstrable experience working in secure, government or similarly regulated environments
• A proactive, composed operator who can steady the ship, challenge appropriately and build credibility quickly
• Security clearance is highly desirable; ability to obtain may be acceptable for the right person
