For our client, the world's largest e-commerce company, we are filling the following position from now on:

Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Lead strategy and execution of EU-wide recruitment marketing campaigns for Amazon's Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program.
• Manage relationships with media and creative agencies to ensure effective campaign development and execution.
• Develop and track performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI using tools like Tableau and Google Analytics.
• Drive brand awareness and lead generation efforts, especially in challenging markets.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (BI, PR, Legal, Procurement) to deliver scalable hiring solutions.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in strategic campaign management with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performance measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and external marketing agencies.
• Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; German language skills are a plus.
