We are seeking an experienced individual for the role of Senior Manager, Solution Implementation.

This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex Trade solutions to Commercial clients. The successful candidate will support regional and country teams on deal deployment best practices, collaborate with Product and Channel teams on onboarding, and lead deals with Coverage, Specialist Sales, and Deal Structuring. The role requires technical savvy and commercial experience to manage diverse stakeholders across a global matrix organization, delivering complex Open Account solutions as part of the product lifecycle. Key metrics include time-to-market, time-to-revenue, delivery, and risk mitigation.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive innovation in client implementation methodologies, tools, and techniques, leveraging the FinTech landscape. Develop tools to support technology-based issue resolution during client onboarding and share best practices regionally.
  • Promote professional project leadership within a client-facing delivery environment, overseeing all implementation activities from transition to business-as-usual.
  • Build collaborative client-solutioning models, facilitating decision-making and aligning solutions with business strategies.
  • Contribute to business strategy development, representing GTS in group-level initiatives related to the client journey.
  • Ensure project outcomes align with client objectives and internal KPIs.
  • Continuously improve work processes using customer and employee feedback to maximize agility, customer satisfaction, and business value.

To succeed, you should have:

  • Extensive global experience in commercial banking and relationship management, with in-depth knowledge of Trade & Receivables Finance, especially Open Account Solutions.
  • Experience in systems architecture, operational efficiency, and client management within Financial Services.
  • Expertise in Project and Program Management, with a focus on client-facing technology delivery.
  • Experience leading a global team within a complex matrix environment.
  • Strong management skills, capable of managing diverse projects on a global scale.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple assignments, often with culturally diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to design value-adding solutions for customers.
  • The role is based in London with a hybrid working model.
