As a Senior Manager in our ServiceNow team, you will have opportunities to shape transformative solutions, lead client relationships, and oversee solution delivery. • Developing new business opportunities, proposals, and participating in business development.
• Building strong client relationships and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Leading project teams to ensure timely, within-budget delivery that meets client expectations.
• Managing project financials and resource allocation.
• Applying delivery models and leveraging global networks for optimal delivery.
• Providing thought leadership on ServiceNow industry trends and best practices.
• Supporting and mentoring team members to develop their skills and careers.
• Driving ServiceNow business growth and practice development.
• Contributing to a more inclusive work environment.

Foster growth of our people and business

You will play a key role in developing our business, culture, and talent by mentoring, leading practice activities, and contributing to innovative solutions based on ServiceNow.

Accelerate our Business Development

You will help grow our delivery pipeline, develop proposals, and expand our client base by:

• Leading proposal development with architectural insights.
• Supporting client presentations.
• Creating resource estimates and commercial strategies.
• Following Deloitte methodologies and building project plans.
• Collaborating within response teams and understanding delivery models.

Connect to your skills and experience

We seek confident, experienced, collaborative individuals who can foster relationships internally and externally. Key requirements include:

• Experience leading ServiceNow transformation programs in private sectors, focusing on ServiceNow applications like ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM.
• Ability to work in dynamic, challenging environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ServiceNow platform applications.
• Passion for delivering impactful solutions and growing the practice.
• Certifications in Prince2, Agile, ITIL, ServiceNow System Administration, Application Development, Implementation, and Architecture.
