Job Title: Senior Management AccountantLocation: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid Working)Salary: £55,000 per annumContract: 12-Month Fixed Term ContractOverviewWe are working with a leading global brand in their sector who are looking to appoint a Senior Management Accountant to join their finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a well-established, fast-paced organisation while benefiting from a flexible hybrid working model based in Hemel Hempstead.The RoleReporting into senior finance leadership, the Senior Management Accountant will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting commercial decision-making, and ensuring strong financial control across the business.Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts including variance analysis and commentary Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Partnering with operational teams to provide financial insight and analysis Assisting with month-end and year-end close activities Monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement Supporting financial controls, compliance, and process improvements Preparing financial reports and presentations for senior stakeholders Providing ad hoc analysis and support on key finance projectsAbout You Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent experience Strong experience in management accounting and financial analysis Excellent Excel and financial systems skills Strong communication skills with the ability to work with non-finance stakeholders Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesWhat's on Offer Salary of £55,000 per annum Hybrid working model (Hemel Hempstead office with remote flexibility) Opportunity to work for a globally recognised organisation Exposure to a dynamic and collaborative finance environmentIf you are an experienced Management Accountant looking for your next contract opportunity within a globally recognised business, we would love to hear from you.Vitae Financial Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
