This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *ensuring smooth collaboration between support, operations, and development teams*.

About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior ITSM & Application Support Manager to lead IT Service Management and application maintenance for key HR systems. You'll set standards, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across Incident, Change, and Service Request life cycles, ensuring smooth collaboration between support, operations, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain ITSM standards, workflows, and playbooks.

• Oversee application life cycle management and proactive maintenance.

• Partner with stakeholders to embed best practices and ensure business alignment.

• Lead process improvements and identify automation opportunities.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in IT operations, service management, or application support.

• Strong ITIL knowledge (ITIL v4 preferred).

• Proven experience in ITSM process design and governance.

• Hands-on experience with HR systems: Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, iCIMS, Docebo, Jira, Kainos Smart Test.

• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
