A leading blue chip organisation is now looking for a dynamic Senior Industrial Relations Advisor to join their team (based in Warwick or Wokingham) on an initial 6 month basis!

• Contract Length: 6 months (potential for extensions)
• Daily Rate: Very competitive Umbrella day rate
• Location: Warwick or Wokingham with very flexible Hybrid structure

Your Impact:
As a Senior Industrial Relations Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a constructive relationship between management and employees. Your expertise will help us navigate complex industrial relations challenges and enhance our workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage industrial relations strategies to promote a harmonious working environment.
• Provide expert advice on employment legislation and best practises to both management and staff.
• Facilitate negotiations between management and trade unions, ensuring all parties' interests are represented.
• Develop and implement training programmes to enhance understanding of industrial relations among staff.
• Monitor and analyse trends in industrial relations, providing recommendations for improvement.

Key Experience:

We're looking for an enthusiastic professional with a strong background in industrial relations. You should possess:

• A proven track record in industrial relations management, ideally within the energy sector or similar industries.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and industrial relations practises.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and address complex situations.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
