Duration: 6 months, potential permanent
Location: Warwick, Warwickshire
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 2 days on site 37 hours per week

Role Overview:
As the Engineering Assurance Service Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the interface between technical asset engineering assurance activities and our internal stakeholders. You will be instrumental in driving the organization's capital plan and Net Zero ambitions while fostering strong relationships to ensure our services align seamlessly with operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Utilize strategic thinking to tackle complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
Navigate ambiguity with confidence and define a clear future for the team.

stakeholder Management:
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align AEA services with broader organizational goals.
Develop and maintain effective communication channels to promote the impact of AEA's work.
Identify opportunities for engagement and improve visibility of asset engineering assurance functions.

Risk Management:
* Assess and mitigate risks related to asset engineering assurance activities, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Support escalation processes to address customer concerns efficiently.

Optimisation and Efficiency:
* Drive service improvement objectives through performance management and initiative-taking risk identification.
* Collaborate with the Asset Engineering Assurance Enablement team to enhance training and capability development.

What We are Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* Proven experience in a customer-focused environment, managing stakeholder relationships.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
* Initiative and autonomy, with an initiative-taking approach to problem-solving.
* Knowledge of organizational processes and procedures related to asset management.
