Senior HR Policy Leader - Hybrid Transformation

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd partners with a large university undergoing a major people transformation to recruit a Senior People Policy Consultant. You will lead the policy integration programme, ensuring policies are consistent, legally compliant and employee-focused across a large workforce.

Reporting to the Head of ER, you will guide policy review, development and implementation, engage with unions, and produce enterprise-grade policy documentation.
