Senior HR Advisor

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a busy, fast-paced environment in Barnsley on an 18-month FTC project. This is a key role supporting site leadership and driving people initiatives, with a strong focus on employee relations and organisational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR support across all employee relations matters
• Lead on complex ER cases, ensuring best practice and compliance
• Support and deliver complex change management, including consultation processes
• Partner with site leadership to drive engagement and performance
• Coach and support line managers on all HR matters
• Support wider HR projects and site continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• Proven HR generalist experience at Advisor/Senior Advisor level
• Strong employee relations background (essential)
• Experience managing and implementing projects such as shift pattern changes and org design.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to other sites as required
• Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
