Preferred working hours: 11:00-19:00 GMT or 12:00-20:00 GMT to align with colleagues in the US, though alternative shift patterns may be considered.

We're looking for two Finance Business Partners to support at least two of our US Centres. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working internationally, building strong partnerships, and providing clear, insightful financial support that helps centres perform at their best.

  • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and longer-term financial plans, providing the clarity leaders need to guide their centres.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team during audits and financial statement preparation, and work with colleagues across Commercial Finance and INTO's head office to improve systems, processes, and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships as a trusted partner to colleagues across centres and universities, delivering reliable financial insights and guidance.

  • Ability to work effectively in a UK-based, fully remote role supporting US operations; occasional travel to team meetings (e.g., Brighton or other locations).
  • Experience collaborating across Finance teams and with external partners, and willingness to work across international time zones.
