J & J Senior Facilities Manager As a senior-level professional, you'll oversee the integral delivery of IFM services on a major site or group of sites across within a country. In doing so you will optimize operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operations teams, vendors, landlords, and J&J personnel.
