Senior Executive Reward Consultant

We are recruiting 2 Senior Reward Consultants for a global business partner. The role involves partnering with clients to uncover and diagnose issues, acting as a project manager to design executive remuneration solutions, and delivering high profile projects with leading UK and international clients.

• Must have either a consultancy, in house or actuarial background within executive compensation
