ABOUT THE ROLE TYRE TECHNICIAN

Job Purpose:

Our Tyre Technicians play an integral role in keeping our customers moving. Bridgestone is seeking enthusiastic, determined individuals with a strong desire to learn. Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Supervisor, the Tyre Technician is responsible for regularly inspecting customer fleets, identifying, prioritising and rectifying issues in a timely manner. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week; weekends are excluded, allowing technicians to choose hours that best suit them and customers.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A full UK driving licence
• Punctual and reliable
• A "can do" attitude with a passion to learn
• Experience of working to tight timescales and targets
• Previous commercial tyre fitting experience
• Tyre fitting experience preferred, but not essential - full training will be provided
• The ability to use IT equipment (including laptop, tablet and mobile phone)
• The ability to prioritise a daily workload
