Our client is scaling across multiple departments (sales, production, marketing, operations) and is actively seeking ambitious, commercially minded individuals who want to make an impact.

• Role Types: Event sponsorship sales, business intelligence/subscription sales, conference production, marketing, and operations
• Key Traits Sought:
• New business mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Curiosity about the industries Exile serves and ability to grasp complex market dynamics
• Energy, resilience, and a proactive "can-do" attitude
• Comfort in speaking with senior decision-makers (C suite level)
• Team oriented but self sufficient, able to deliver results with minimal micro management
