Overview

This is a senior role within Publicis Groupe's Global Business Development team, focused on winning complex, high profile global and multi market pitches. Sitting at the heart of the Groupe's marketing organisation, the role partners closely with senior stakeholders across brands, practices and geographies to convert new business and drive sustained growth.

You'll lead some of the Groupe's most significant pitch programmes, shaping compelling strategic and commercial propositions that bring together media, creativity, data and technology. It's a highly visible position with real influence over how Publicis Groupe shows up in the market, offering exposure to global clients, senior leadership, and the full breadth of the Power of One model.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end management of major global and multi market new business pitches, from initial brief through to post pitch engagement
  • Shape and elevate strategic and commercial propositions, ensuring Publicis Groupe capabilities are clearly articulated and relevant to client challenges
  • Provide senior strategic input across pitch content, with the ability to evaluate and connect media, data, technology and creative thinking
  • Build, cast and lead cross functional pitch teams, aligning multiple stakeholders around a clear strategy to win
  • Foster strong collaboration across Groupe agencies and practices to ensure consistency, quality and momentum throughout the pitch process
  • Partner with local market business development teams, providing guidance and senior support on priority opportunities
  • Maintain rigour across pitch governance, communication flow and reporting, including accurate updates within Salesforce
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience across media, creative, PR, integrated marketing or business development, ideally within a global or multi market environment
  • Proven ability to lead complex pitch processes and guide senior, cross functional teams toward a shared objective
  • Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to translate client challenges into clear, compelling propositions
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing and presentation skills, with confidence operating at executive level
  • Highly organized with outstanding project management skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high pressure environment with multiple workstreams
  • Naturally collaborative, with the confidence to lead in a flat, matrixed organisational structure
