We seek exceptional individuals with proven success in healthcare settings, especially those experienced with large-scale digital transformation programmes and electronic patient record (EPR) implementations. Clinical qualifications or financial accountancy skills, along with NHS experience, are highly desirable.

As a valued member of our Health Solutions Team, you will leverage your healthcare and digital transformation expertise to deliver impactful projects, collaborating with senior leaders. Experience within NHS or comparable healthcare systems, or from private or international healthcare sectors, is preferred.

Responsibilities include:
  • Client Delivery: Support EPR/digital health projects by working directly with client teams to achieve results, conduct research, develop expertise, and build relationships.
  • Innovation and Business Development: Stay updated on NHS trends, contribute to market materials, and support business growth.
  • Team Development: Participate in team initiatives and foster a positive environment.
Connect to your skills and experience
  • Experience with NHS EPR programmes during business case development, implementation, or optimisation. Experience with Epic or Oracle Health (Cerner) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of EPR and digital clinical solutions, either as an end-user or in implementation teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate with teams.
  • Creativity, innovation, and effective delivery in fast-paced settings.
  • Understanding of public sector funding, business case development, and financial modelling, especially for EPR projects.
  • Clinical qualifications (nursing, medical, allied health) supporting digital transformation, especially workflow design.
  • Experience as a management consultant with NHS or private healthcare clients, managing change and transformation.
  • Knowledge of emerging digital healthcare trends, data analytics, AI, telehealth, and interoperability initiatives.
