Security Engineer

Location: Madrid (initially on-site, then hybrid)

Project Duration: 3 years (extendable up to 5 years)

Schedule: 24x7 rotating shifts

Language: Fluent Spanish required

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional with experience in the Proofpoint solution to secure email environments for large public sector organizations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Configuration of anti-spam, anti-phishing, anti-malware, anti-spoofing, and sandboxing policies.
• Custom filtering of inbound and outbound traffic.
• Analysis of email attachments and embedded links.
• Management of individual and centralized quarantine.
• Compliance with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, greylisting, etc.

Preferred Certifications:

• Proofpoint Certified Specialist
• Certifications in email threat analysis
