Job Description
Essential Functions Performed by the Position
  • Provide input to Commercial transformation program, including the formulation of improved commercial policies and processes to streamline Brand business activities.
  • Draft simple contracts, amendments and renewals on CA terms.
  • Analyze market trends and research to inform Brand pipeline opportunities.
  • Work closely with Risk and Compliance team to optimize and align Brand processes with Salesforce alignment and to carry out KYC checks as required.
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Brand formal and key bids, from opportunity assessment to submission.
  • Conduct post-bid reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a repository of bid templates, case studies, contractual documentation and best practices.
  • Provide training and presentations on commercial process, prepare reports and presentations for leadership teams.
Position Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Law, Business Administration, or related field, or similar qualification or relevant experience.

Experience:

5-7 years of experience in bid management or commercial administration roles.

Certifications/Licenses: None.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.
  • Proactive and creative mindset with attention to detail.
Working Hours and Conditions

Office and Remote Work Environment.

Physical Characteristics and Demands

This role is sedentary in nature; you must be able to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time.
