Senior Commercial Manager

Key Accountabilities

• Ownership of framework/account performance
• Leadership across multiple contracts and CM teams
• Client relationship management at senior operational level

Key Responsibilities

• Develop account commercial strategies
• Lead change management and negotiations
• Resolve complex commercial issues
• Consolidate reporting for HoC
• Support business development within accounts

Experience & Competencies

• Leadership
• Influencing and negotiation
• Cross contract coordination
• Technical Advanced contract knowledge
• Change management and claims
• Experience managing complex or multi site contracts
• Strong client facing capability

Experience & Qualifications

• 8-12 years commercial experience
• Degree qualified
