Job Description
Key Accountabilities 
- Ownership of framework/account performance
- Leadership across multiple contracts and CM teams
- Client relationship management at senior operational level
- Develop account commercial strategies
- Lead change management and negotiations
- Resolve complex commercial issues
- Consolidate reporting for HoC
- Support business development within accounts
- Leadership
- Influencing and negotiation
- Cross contract coordination
- Technical Advanced contract knowledge
- Change management and claims
- Experience managing complex or multi site contracts
- Strong client facing capability
- 8-12 years commercial experience
- Degree qualified
