Looking for your next in-house move where you'll genuinely shape how legal supports a growing business?

The Arch Company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join its collaborative legal team, playing a key role in supporting commercial decision making, technology and customer projects and transformation.

This is a broad, commercially focused role where you'll work directly with senior stakeholders across the business, advising on everything from complex commercial contracts and technology agreements to data privacy, marketing, AI governance and strategic business initiatives.

Key Accountabilities What you'll be doing

• Negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial, technology, marketing and HR agreements
• Supporting transformation and digital projects across the business
• Advising on privacy and AI governance
• Helping optimise legal operations through automation, AI and legal playbooks
• Acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders on commercial risk and strategic initiatives
• Driving continuous improvement and helping embed best in class legal processes

Skills, Knowledge and Experience About you

• UK qualified Solicitor (6+ PQE)
• Strong commercial contracts experience, ideally including technology agreements and marketing
• Confident advising stakeholders in a fast paced commercial environment
• Solid understanding of UK GDPR and data protection
• Commercial, pragmatic and solutions focused
• Excited by technology, innovation and the growing role of AI in legal practice
