A growing start-up health and safety consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer to support their expanding Midlands client base. The business is led by experienced industry professionals and has secured a strong pipeline of work across residential, commercial and public sector projects.

The appointment of a Senior CDM Principal Designer is key to the next phase of growth for the consultancy.

Senior CDM Principal Designer Role

The successful Senior CDM Principal Designer will take responsibility for delivering Principal Designer services across multiple projects while helping shape internal processes and standards.

This role offers a Senior CDM Principal Designer the chance to have genuine influence within a smaller business and play a visible role in its development.

Duties

• Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015
• Advising clients on health and safety duties
• Reviewing design risk and pre-construction informationLiaising directly with designers and contractors

The Person?

The successful Senior CDM Principal Designer will be comfortable working autonomously and managing their own workload.

In Return ?

• £55,000 to £70 000 per annum (DOE)
