A growing architectural and design-led consultancy based in Newcastle are looking to recruit a Senior CDM Principal Designer to support their expanding workload across the North East.

The practice provide architecture-led schemes with integrated Principal Designer services across residential, commercial and public sector projects.

The Senior CDM Principal Designer Role

The successful Senior CDM Principal Designer will work closely with in-house design teams and external consultants to ensure CDM compliance is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties of the Senior CDM Principal Designer to include:

• Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015
• Providing CDM advice to clients and designers
• Managing pre-construction information
• Attending project meetings

• £50,000 to £68,000 per annum (DOE)
