As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll lead small to medium projects and contribute to larger programmes by owning key requirements.

You'll align outcomes with service vision and business strategy, supporting product iteration and optimisation.

You'll build strong stakeholder relationships, challenge constructively, and act as a critical voice to ensure fit for purpose solutions.

Working independently or collaboratively, you'll demonstrate a solid understanding of your domain.

You'll also help shape future business models and contribute to business architecture strategy.

As an active member of the Business Analysis community, you'll share best practices and mentor others to support professional growth and capability development.
